Voice of Democracy Scholarship

The "Voice of Democracy" audio essay competition is a scholarship competition which is offered to students grades 9 through 12 who live in the U.S., it territories, or possessions. The topic or theme for this year's audio essay is "America: Where do we go from here?" Entrants must write and record an original essay based on this theme (3-5 minutes in length). National winners in the contest receive a $30,000 scholarship and an all-expenses paid trip to Washington, D.C., as well as state and local awards and recognitions.


The deadline for all entries is October 31, 2021. Please email Mrs. Parnell at bparnell@caddoschools.org for an entry form.
