Semester Schedule Changes

Schedule change request forms for the second semester are now available in the main office.  Students wishing to request a change must meet the following criteria:


  • You need to repeat a class you failed;

  • You need to request a phase change because you have a D or F in a class; or

  • To change to a different 1 semester class

Please do not request a schedule change if none of these criteria apply to you.  Due to Covid restrictions and the necessity to maximize social distancing in the classrooms, schedule changes cannot be made for other reasons.  Additionally, a schedule change request does not guarantee a change.  Virtual students needing to make a schedule change request should reach out to Dr. Miles at kmmiles@caddoschools.org or the appropriate grade level counselor for an electronic copy of the form.  Schedule change request forms are due to Dr. Miles by the end of the day on Thursday, December 17.  If your schedule change request is granted, you will be contacted by your counselor.
