FAFSA
FAFSA = Free Application for Federal Student Aid
This is a form completed by current and prospective college students to determine eligibility for student financial aid. The results of the FAFSA are used to determine expected family contributions, student grants, work study, and potential student loan amounts. Here's a short, 2-minute video that explains the FAFSA.

Louisiana requires all public school students to either 1) Complete the FAFSA, 2) Complete the Louisiana TOPS form, or 3) A parent or legal guardian may opt out of both of these by signing a waiver. See Mrs. Parnell for the waiver, if applicable.
